This listing is for a non-refundable deposit towards a custom embroidery design.

Perfect for more complex or bespoke embroidery requests, this deposit secures your place in my studio diary and covers consultation, design time and preparation work.

Once your deposit is received, I’ll be in touch to discuss your design, placement, garment and any reference images. After reviewing your request, you’ll receive a full quote for the remaining balance.

How it works:

3. I’ll review and confirm if your item is suitable
4. You’ll receive a full quote
5. The deposit is deducted from your final total
6. Balance must be paid before stitching begins

• 1 small round of design changes included
• Major design changes may incur additional fees
• Turnaround time will be confirmed once the design is agreed upon

Posting your item
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with the address to post your item to. £3.99 will be added to your order for return postage.
