Hand-Guided Baptisia Australis Embroidery Patch

Large-scale embroidered floral Baptisia Australis patch, stitched by hand using free-motion embroidery on my vintage Singer 20U.

Each piece is guided manually. I move the fabric by hand and control the stitch width with a knee pedal, building up depth and texture using high-sheen rayon thread. No digitising, no automation... just slow, intentional textile work.

Finished with an iron-on backing so it can be easily applied to jackets, bags, denim or knitwear.
